
Interview with Dr. Whit Au
Dr. Whitlow Au received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hawaii. He earned a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical Science from Washington State University. Dr. Au returned to the University of Hawaii and is currently the Chief Scientist for the Marine Mammal Research Program at the Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology and a faculty member of the Department of Zoology at the University of Hawai'i at Manoa. He is also on the executive council of the Acoustical Society of America and a member of the National Research Council's Ocean Studies Board.
