Interview with Dr. Thomas Rossby

Dr. Tom Rossby received his PhD in oceanography from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is now a professor of oceanography at the University of Rhode Island's Graduate School of Oceanography where he teaches a graduate course on dynamical oceanography and is the head of the RAFOS float research group.
